Ben Jamin – “Jazzpoetics”

ben-jamin-jazzpoeticsMuch like Ron Burgundy and his scotch, I love jazz, jazzy, jazzy, jazz. And I get the feeling New Zealand producer Ben Jamin does, too, what with the genre-indebted sounds permeating throughout his beats. This is especially true on “Jazzpoetics”, a light, dusty joint fueled by crate digging and made for head nodding. Song description aside, I must ask you, Mr. Jamin, when can we expect a new project? These loosies are great but, PLEASE!
