Flying LotusJust received the latest video from Miguel Atwood-Ferguson Ensemble featuring LA based and Brainfeeder artist, Flying Lotus. Alongside the all-star cast of musicians, they do their rendition of “Drips” from Flying Lotus’s recently released album Cosmogramma and “Take Notice,” an arrangement of a J Dilla original from his Ruff Draft EP. You might be familiar with this arrangement of “Take Notice” from Mochilla’s “Timeless” DVD Box Set, specifically from the Suite for Ma Dukes portion. If you haven’t ordered the Timeless DVD box set featuring Suite for Ma Dukes its a definitely a worthy purchase.

Did I mention Phonte is rapping on this new joint? Nicolay adds some great production as does Zo! on the piano. Their new album Authenticity drops Oct. 12. Bilal performed “Something To Hold On To” from the bootlegged and leaked album, Love For Sale. There’s some serious gems on that leaked album but Interscope dropped the ball on that project.
