Before I write anything else, I want to offer a huge congratulations to Animate Objects. They were able to raise the funds necessary to produce their latest album, High Notes for Low Lifes, through a Kickstarter campaign. And they actually raised more than they needed, which is, to be blunt, fantastic. I’ve been lucky enough to hear the album already and I can promise you it’s worth any money you donated and then some. Proving that point is the record’s lead single “Jesse Jackson”, which has just received the visual treatment. Aside from the fresh music here, it’s refreshing to see an underground band put so much effort into a project. And after watching the video, I’m sure you’ll agree.
