Animal Collective Announces New Album, ‘Centipede Hz’

After testing the waters with a slick 7″, Animal Collective takes to the Internet to announce their forthcoming full-length. Calling it Centipede Hz, Animal Collective’s website reveals some juicy details on the Merriweather Post Pavilion follow-up by way of eerie video transmission. Along with the announcement we have gotten word of the album track listing, which lets us know the album is going to be 11 tracks of awesomeness. Centipede Hz is due out in September via Domino.
