Despite signing to Epic Records late last year, Andre 3000 is denying any claims of an upcoming Outkast reunion album. In an interview with GQ, Andre shed some light on the topic by saying, ”I have to say that as of now, there are no plans for another Outkast album.”
While that news certainly sucks, the GQ feature also reveals that Three Stacks has plans of dropping that highly anticipated solo album some time in 2012. On that topic Andre notes, “I’ve just really been feeding off of that and this year I think I’m planning to do a solo project. I don’t know when it will come out, but hopefully it’ll come out this year.” Hell yes.
