We previously heard from Alpha MC when he was pushing his latest release, the Beat The Skin EP, with some slick visuals for the appropriately titled “Still Bangin’“. And now, he has come through with a pretty damn creative/also appropriately titled new joint called “Let’s Get Drunk Tonight”. Alpha sure knows how to name his tracks, eh? This one is just as self-explanatory as “Still Bangin'”, though the subject matter is vastly different. He uses each bar to run through the alphabet using various alcoholic beverages, a trick that is both super-clever and has me wishing it was 5 p.m. Anyway, he performed the track live for the folks at Knocksteady so for now we’ll have to keep hitting play over and over on the YouTube video.
