We all know Aloe Blacc as the talented rapper and singer. This L.A. artist actually released “I Need a Dollar” in February 2010, and boy did he get more than just a dollar. He gathered a crazy amount of YouTube views with “I Need a Dollar” serving as the intro for HBO’s How To Make It In America. The track eventually turned into an iTunes’ single of the week and, perhaps, is still his biggest hit to date. This video is taken from German website Zeit Online’s online show called Rekorder. Watch as Blacc sits coolly by a window, draped in a leather jacket, as he serenades us again with only his voice.
