It’s been a long time now since Aesop Rock gave us any solo material, but earlier this year he announced he was finishing up his new LP Skelethon, which is now set to release officially on July 10 through Rhymesayers. The 15-track project features collaborations with Rob Sonic and frequent collaborator Kimya Dawson. 2012 is shaping up to be a good year for hip-hop heavyweights finishing up and releasing full lengths, now if only Doom and Madlib drop the new Madvillain record sometime soon.
