Filled with crackling and other mysterious sounds, this particular segment of the song feels like a distant transmission from the future. And, as described by the publicist, “Voodoo Posse Chronic Illusion” is “a digitised, re-purposed and time-warped memory of the Tokyo skyline dissolves and switches over the length of the song, melding with the palette of deconstructed digital rhythms”.
