TDE and the Black Hippy collective are on a tear as of late, upping the ante with each and every release. Ab-Soul, who has made appearances on projects from the likes of Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q, is ready to get some solo shine of his own. That isn’t to say he hasn’t been on his grind, it just seems like the limelight is about to be shining in his direction come mid-2012. Moving on, Ab-Soul dropped his latest single last night, a lyrical onslaught laced with a Willie B of the Digi-Phonics beat. I’m not sure when we can expect a new project from Ab, but this banger will undoubtedly hold us over.
