“No Pretending” is the second leak off 9th Wonder’s upcoming new album The Wonder Years. The track features Raekwon and Big Remo over another boom-bap gem by 9th Wonder. Between this new track and “Band Practice Pt. 2” with Phonte and Median I’m really enjoying what I’ve heard so far from this album. The Wonder Years will be released on September 27.

Well you know i like this. and its good to hear Raekwon spit a little faster like he use to. His rapping has been so slowed down over the years.
But there must be something in the air because im hearing more and more boom bap/90s inspired music then i have in over 5 years. could we see a return to the good ol days?
