Okay, I thought Death Grips were cool for a bit, but I got fed up by their tiring sound pretty quickly. With that said, 42 Ghosts has just stepped in with a swift little remix album to hopefully refresh things a bit. There isn’t much information on the project, but the mysterious production duo have taken to numerous cuts from the infamous rap group, making for a rather tolerable listen. That is, most of the crass originals have been transformed to Wu-Tang-esque, dusty hip-hop bangers. [via]
