Been waiting for some new Duj to be released, and today we get quite the special treat! I am a bit disappointed that this song has tags, but hey, we can’t win them all. And this joint must be fresh if I am posting it WITH tags. I really do hate tags. This one comes with a killer feature from Sharon Jones of The Dap Kings. Marty spotted this over at URB, and I am now posting it for his lazy busy ass. Not that I wouldn’t post it myself, this is some real fire right here! In light of El Michels Affair’s Enter the 37th Chamber, we get a remix track with the good old Diamond District folks. The latest beat tape from Falside, who hails from Providence, R.I., serves two functions. First and foremost, he promises — and I’m sure he delivers on this promise — that Cold Feat is better than the tape he dropped this summer, Bugs In Ya Teef, which was a nice effort itself. Beyond that, Fal also appears on the Ocean State Sampler that drops tomorrow and features all new, mostly exclusive tracks from some of Rhode Island’s best rappers and producers. As usual, give this tape a listen and let us know if you’re feeling it.

Here comes the sampler for Moka’s 6th annual Martian Xmas album. Something a bit different from the usual Moka, but an excellent listen nonetheless. From the words of Moka, this album is suppose to emulate the sentiment a martian would feel when he arrives on earth and has nothing to connect with besides the music. And since it’s almost December, this is a nice listen to get you in the holiday mood. Check it out and share some thoughts…
