Is it just me or did difficult-to-Google West Coast spitter 100s drop one of the year’s freshest mixtapes with Ice Cold Perm? He might rap about his dick a lot and other tired hip-hop topics, but he does it with a natural flair and one hell of an ear for beats. I mean, “Brick $ell Phone” wouldn’t go as hard as it does without that silky smooth production from Joe Wax.
